Coaching Services

Our coaching levels have been designed to cater to everyone's needs.  All DaybyDay coaches adhere to the proven philosophies developed by founder, Ben Day.  Each of these programs are highly individualized for the athlete, written, using our experiences as successful professional athletes and as coaches at the elite level.  We will listen to your needs and your feedback, give you educated advice, and help you to make calculated decisions on which direction your training and athletic pursuits needs to take. We aim to educate you on the training process and we will be there to push and motivate you.

At DaybyDay we want you to succeed.  Through our own experiences we know that communication is the key ingredient to this success, therefore we do not enforce limits on it and we put energy into creating a strong coach/athlete relationship.  Above the Self Coach option, the DaybyDay Coaching levels are based on the amount of flexibility required by the athlete, response time, and the frequency of the review of training files.  The higher the level, the more fine tuning that is available to the athlete, resulting in the best gains and fairness for all.

Coaching levels

Elite Program - monthly: An introductory program with true individualization and customization of your training plan, just with less contact than the other plans throughout the month. Analysis will be weekly, with 1 email per month to discuss the training progression. $199/month (Chris Baldwin)

Professional Program – Monthly: For those wanting more flexibility and fine tuning of their training with unlimited communication.  Receive an individualized program written month to month that includes an initial goal planning discussion, up to 4 reviews and modifications per month if necessary, weekly analysis of heart rate/power files, unlimited communication with a 24-72hr response time, as well as access to TrainingPeaks with a premium account each month. $319/month* (Ben Day or Chris Baldwin) or $289/month* - limited time only (Jeremy Hunt)

DaybyDay Program - Monthly: The ultimate level in Coach/Athlete interaction, flexibility and performance. Your individualized training program is written monthly to align  with your own personal fitness or race orientated goals, receive unlimited reviews and program modifications, analysis of power/heart rate files 3 times per week, as well as access to TrainingPeaks with a premium account each month. $399/month* (Ben Day or Chris Baldwin) or $369/month* - limited time only (Jeremy Hunt)

Triathlon/Multisport Program – Monthly:  The ultimate level in Coach/Athlete interaction, flexibility and performance. Your individualized training program is written monthly to align with your own personal fitness or race orientated goals, receive unlimited reviews and program modifications, analysis of power/heart rate/gps files 3 times per week, technique review  as well as access to TrainingPeaks with a premium account each month.  $350-450/month* (Ben Day only)

 

We recommend using heart rate and power for cyclists, and heart rate, power and a gps watch for multisport athletes as training tools to record and judge your efforts.
